Creating Cookie to Display time of last visit of the user

This script records the date+time of last visit of the user and displays it once the same user return back to you site / Blog. If this is the first visit for the user, a greeting message is shown.
1.Login to your dashboard--> layout- ->Page Elements
2.Click on 'Add a Gadget' on the sidebar.
3.Select 'HTML/Javascript' and add the code given below and click save.
